Every 2 months out of a year I like rice and broth diets. I fear diabetes. I favor the taste of white rice even though brown rice is more healthful. But I like stir fry rice with chicken, turkey , or vegitable broth. I cook it in soy sauce. I feel a certain kind of lift on that diet from all the gunk that I ate.

R&M,
Rice diet? I know (as a type 1 diabetic) rice is horrible for blood sugar spikes, at least for me. I do think it is great if it works for you. I just know it plays havoc with me!
