Had lyrics for this song before, but wasn't satisfied ... thought I'd throw it out to any lyricists out there. Please follow the melody, though ... none of this "3 syllables where there should be one".
Here it is as a "La La" on YouTube : (actually I called it a "Da Da Da Song")
You desire a precise match to the Notes you are singing. This 'Structuring' might help you get what you want. You want a word or syllable 'hung' on each Note of the Melody. You want the accented Note to be matched with a word or syllable with that accent to fit the Melody, to hit the beat as sung.
I think you can take what I've begun, put in the exact number of Notes/da's, and give the Lyricist exactly the Syllable/Note Count you want.
I suggest you break out each distinct Line of Notes/Words you want, perhaps with apostrophes to indicate accented syllables.
Punctuation may help too, commas to indicate Rests, exclamation points to emphasize more emotive expression, periods to 'end' Lines.
You and a Lyricist may find use of punctuation useful in communicating about the desired product.
Add 'da's or 'dah' or 'duh' or 'ta' to give the writer exactly what you want and they're likely to be able to supply a Lyric.
I used dashes to indicate a sustained duration of a Note.
Once you have Verse I you can copy it and paste as Verses II and III, assuming they are identical.

Just getting the above to that point was a tedious, time-consuming process. It was necessary to listen multiple times just to get that far. There are 30 Lyricists on this site who can write a Lyric to your Melody if you make it less tedious to learn it. I've just listened again with an ear toward completing the work I've begun above, but doing all that work just to get to a point where I might compose a full Lyric around the ideas I already have, is off-putting this evening. I may try again when I'm less fatigued. If any other Lyricist is interested in taking what I've done above to duplicate the Notes/Syllables as sung, please feel free to copy and paste.

"A lot of people will tell you that preparation is what will make you successful. But I think that people misunderstand exactly what that means sometimes. The type of preparation you need most is the kind that allows you to instantly seize an opportunity, change your course based on a momentary circumstance, and grab hold of the totally unexpected when it happens, and allow it to take you for the ride of your life! That is the kind of preparation that can lead to the most enjoyable type of success." -Brian Austin Whitney
