Thanks Sunset , this came about on a fan club site where several fans including myself would post song titles and we each would write a set of lyrics. I wrote this in the bathroom where I used to work. The boss man even came in looking for me...LOL I had a finger picking melody worked up for quite a while but no lyrics. When I got home to make a rough take they seemed to match.

Thanks for the listen here are the lyrics, basically it's a man knocking on one side of a door and a woman on the other side I estimated that to be 3 feet and 3 just seemed to sing better. Glad you enjoyed.

I really enjoyed this. The hook is great, although I didn't get the talking through the door bit until the last verse and even then didn't relate it to the previous verses. I thought the letting me in idea was metaphorical. In fact, in the second verse, I thought they were in bed, especially with the use of the word "lies." This struck me as odd, since 3 feet is a bit far in that situation You might avoid that by changing "lies" to "stands."

Great sound, performance and melody.
