https://www.portcitypub.com/index.htmlOn Wednesday evening - November 23, 2022, the night before we celebrate Thanksgiving, our merry bunch of musical friends plan to provide some pleasant background for a very special event that has become known as "PUBSGIVING" Never been to the PortCityPub in Portsmouth, Ohio? ... let me tell ya a little bit about it. This is one of the coziest spots you can find to weather a chilly evening within several hundred miles. The inner decor of the pub strives to recreate the atmosphere of an authentic vintage Irish Pub. Repurposed wood panels, doors, beams and glass work from former area school buildings are used extensively throughout to achieve this feel. A great menu features some old world favorites, comfort pub foods, and are particularly known for their glazed salmon, sandwiches and hearty soups! Guinness, craft beers and whiskeys of the world round out the bar offerings. The management of the Pub has taken it upon themselves to provide a setting where people feel comfortable bringing their families out for an evening. Jason Burton , our bandmate and well regarded musical troubadour begins the show after 7 pm, showcasing his eclectic repertoire of folk, hill songs, acoustic arrangements and a bit of rock and blues thrown in for good measure. MothmanAcoustic will finish out the evening performing everything from Gordon Lightfoot to Trance Electronica! Hope to see you there for the Pubsgiving Event! PortCityPub 424 Chillicothe St. in Portsmouth OH. #mothmanband #portcitypub
There will always be another song to be written. Someone will write it. Why not you? www.garyeandrews.com
