This track is mastered.
The Instrumental version of this tune can be heard at: www.youtube.com/watch?v=IKoiU2g8J8Q

I remember when
we both hung
out together
and you were
just a friend
when there was never
a question of whether
all the time we spent
would turn into
something better
or wind up
something lesser
or would we be
two lovers sharing
all of its pleasures, baby
but love had
other plans for us
and quietly
without a fuss
it brought us to joint lust
and showed us that
we both could trust
what neither of us
had discussed
but suddenly we
knew we must
become far more then
just two friends
which could have
wound up a dead end

We could have wound
up with two other souls
that love knew would be bad
giving up the sweet life
we know both know
for something far more sad

We could have wound
up with two other souls
that love knew would be bad
giving up the sweet life
we know both know
or something far more sad

So never trust your instinct
when love whispers in your ear
Love’s been around forever
and it tries to make it clear
that if you walk away from
what if offers you will find
you’ll be stuck in a relationship
that sadly is ill-timed

You’d best be going with the offer
that true love has designed
and you will find….someone who is so
faithful and so kind
that it will blow your mind
because some love’s
are blind.

and you will wind
up left behind
till love will come
back round and find
you eager to accept
what love’s assigned
as a perfect partner
just for you
and all you’ve
dreamed of
will come true.

you’ll never have
to pay the dues
of broken hearts
and endless blues

you’ve gotta
let love choose
it knows what’s good
and what’s taboo
you can have a guy or girl
who will stick with you
like they are glued

Rather then someone
that you want removed
or someone that
will just abuse
you in ways that are
crude and rude
let true love’s choice
become what
you’ve pursued.

as two as one
cocooned
in a love that
makes you swoon.
you’ll both be
sailing to the moon
you’ll both be
dancing to this tune
if loves come to you
and tells you that the
guy in the next room
or the girl across
the dance floor
would make the
perfect bride or groom
you’d best be
hooking up real soon
enjoy what love is
offering you
something warm and true
something wearm and true

I remember when
we both hung
out together
and you were
just a friend
when there was never
a question of whether
all the time we spent
would turn into
something better

And love has offered us
something warm and true
an Eternity...Baby
Yeah yeah yeah
yeah yeah.....
Just you and me

Wow, that's a lot of words! smile It's only three and half minutes but it felt longer to me. I think this has positives and negatives. On the positive side are the cascading rhymes which you do so well in your songs. It's fun to hear them pop up, and for me that's the thing that holds my interest. On the negative side, once you move from the particular (you and your love interest) to the general (dispensing advice to your audience) the philosophizing can become a little repetitive and sound a bit like a lecture. I can't help wondering if the song wouldn't be better if you condensed the second half.
