Adam Larsen Sept. 18, 2022
Sophisticated saxophonist Adam Larson had become a mainstay in the New York scene before relocating to Kansas City to teach at University of Missouri-Kansas City. He has garnered critical acclaim for his eloquent compositions and playing with his stripped down trio of sax, bass, and drums.
What they're saying about Adam:
“…an extremely satisfying saxophone-bass-drums trio (“With Love, From Chicago”)…one of those albums that should stay in one’s rotation”- Anthony Dean-Harris, Downbeat Magazine, 4.5 Stars
“Saxophonist Adam Larson is one serious talent.”- All About Jazz
"Larson’s saxophone skills are beyond the norm; he’s also a prolific composer.”- Downbeat Magazine
"With undeniable command over his instrument, Larson can do just about anything.”- All About Jazz
There will always be another song to be written. Someone will write it. Why not you? www.garyeandrews.com
