We received an email from Charley Pride's record label yesterday asking for songs for an upcoming project. This is one of the songs we will be pitching to Charley, and it is actually a song that he had tracked a couple of years ago for an earlier album but did not use. That is great news, Marvin. I've been seeing videos of Charley "from back in the day" on TV (Can't remember which channel) but he's no "Spring Chicken." Matter-of-fact... I thought he had gone on to the "Opry in the Sky" but I'm so far out of "the broadcast music world"... I'm usually wrong about anything associated with it.

Thanks Bob for listening! This demo was done around 2005, so I am actually scheduled to go back in the studio within the next few weeks and create a newer and fresher production for current pitches. I will repost the song once it is complete. Thanks again!
