Columbus, Ohio – Spotlight Records is thrilled to announce the release of the latest CD from David Church, Keepin' Tradition, available on all digital retail sites and, printed copies December 2017. Keepin' Tradition is a compilation of songs from David Church’s previously unreleased and, released CD’s over the past 17 years. The songs on this CD were selected as being the best of David Church’s music reflecting his own roots, retro, americana and traditional country music values. These 13 songs on this CD include a song in tribute to our veterans to "thank them for their service", written by David. The song is titled, "The Old Red White & Blue. The other music on this CD has a representation of beautiful ballads, a gospel song called "One Day at a Time", a monster hit, "Saginaw Michigan", a 1964 cover song originally performed by Lefty Frizzell. The single was Lefty Frizzell's sixth and final number one hit on the U.S. country chart. "Saginaw, Michigan" spent a total of twenty-three weeks on the country charts. Eight of the songs were written by David Church. “So if you like traditional country music this is one for the ages and for the people who love real country music” as suggested by James Bruce founder of Spotlight Records. From Appalachian Mountains of Ohio to Europe and National TV! Country music has influenced many lives through the lyrics of the songs, but no one could possibly be more affected in all aspects of their lives than David Church. He is considered by many to be the BEST Hank Williams Tribute artist, but he is also an incredibly talented singer/songwriter/entertainer in his own right! He is currently being featured regularly on RFD-TV's popular show, "Midwest Country." The show is broadcast to over 130 Million via satellite and cable networks both nationally and regionally. The show features major artists such as Bill Anderson, Jean Shephard, and numerous others. The producer of Midwest Country, Joe Jenson stated, "David has something special, that same charisma that Hank had. When he walks on stage, the audience is spellbound! He is our most popular act!" David has been played on numerous radio stations throughout the world, including the popular XM radio show with legendary DJ, BILL MAC. David has been blessed to meet people from all over the world that share his enthusiasm for his music. David's own buzz word for the traditional music he loves is "STRAIGHT UP COUNTRY". David was contacted by CMT, and invited to perform at the 50th Anniversary Memorial for Hank Williams in Montgomery, Alabama. David received several standing ovations and many told David afterwards that it was the best tribute show they had ever seen. David has performed all over the world. This Cd will be made available and distributed by www.cdbaby.com. “The best part is meeting the people worldwide that still love the sound of traditional country music and knowing that I can bring to life once more this awesome sound.” About Spotlight Records……… Spotlight Records a division of Access Entertainment Group founded in 1989 is a full service independent record label that has demonstrated expertise in booking, recordings, career development, consultation, marketing, publicity and talent management for independent musicians, singers, songwriters, bands and entertainers. "Money is worst reason to be motivated NOT to do anything. Instead of letting those concerns STOP you, use it to motivate yourself to find an alternate solution that bypasses money. You will soon find that your own resourcefulness is worth far more than a pile of paper money." –Brian Austin Whitney
