Hey John,
That photo is SO chilling! It reminds me of that horrible scene in Pulp Fiction, with the puppet man!
So, I had to tiptoe past that photo and into Schicksville, where I was further scared to death!
But no one knows how to terrify me through music alone like you do! Excellent work!
Lisa

Lisa For best results, one should stare at the photo while listening Lisa. Though I'm delighted my music alone frightens you. Hope to scare you many more years. Thanks, John

The figure could be a young Nosferatu. I can imagine him exploring through the dark passages of his childhood home looking for flies and cockroaches. The music makes it happen. Vic

"Nosferatu" would make a great title. I had to Google to find out its origin. I see there was a film titled that. John

Another fine composition and performance. I am glad to hear of all the successes you are having with placements. Takes a lot of dreaming and then the follow up drive to get it all done. Many more victories ahead for you, I hope!

John,
Man! I wanted that one to keep going! Who needs a movie screen? Close your eyes and listen and it all appears. Transformative.
You do melodic dissonance SO well! I'm amazed by that.

JOHN--
Well, you captured me with this one, you had me splitting invisible hairs, then left me wondering if I was ever there!
Write on!

floyd Thank you Floyd! I feel comfortable in the dissonance realm. I've been clashing notes for so long that I wouldn't recognize a mistake if I heard one. John

Mackie Thanks Mackie! Not sure if we've been there in reality, but I've certainly been there in dreams (well maybe nightmares). John

Why do I have the chills of dread when the sun is out and it's warm in my well lit office? Oh. That's right. I'm listening to a John tune!
Nicely done. Some secrets are better off unknown. :0

Ricki Thanks Ricki! Offices can be scary places if there are spooky looking secretaries in them. Best, John

A new genre "Disturbingly Cool." A fascinating piece. Your comments about dissonance reminded me of a comment Jerry Garcia once said to David Grisman after Grisman questioned a line Garcia played. "They're all just notes!"
Check out our new album Janice Merritt "Am I Blue Enough?" on Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora, Amazon and others.

"They're all just notes!" Great quote J & B. Editors Choice has many of these kind of tracks of mine. They classify them "Contemporary Classical". Thanks, John
