I wrote this this morning after (re) reading the "Unabombers Manifesto." Not sure why. His unspeakable acts hardly call for repeating but his "genius" and ideals, although extreme, were, um, revolutionary.
What Ted Said Copyright 2013 OpenMikeMusic
What Ted said and what I read was not for all to know. Most just gleaned through the passages and picked out all the scary words to show the vultures of the culture, all sepulchered, down below, flying left to right and to and fro.
And all the words I read, connected to my rigid past. Now locked up in a tiny cell, scattered by the blast. What Ted said didn’t matter much after that.
They didn’t have to die, he didn’t have to maim. His words would have sufficed, their scars retard the game he played and they all come back to haunt me, everything he taught me blown away.
And all the words I read, connected to my rigid past. Now locked up in a tiny cell, scattered by the blast. What Ted said didn’t matter after that.

Definitely an interesting read.
More interesting is that history tends to look at people differently, though hindsight and the lens of subsequent events.
This is IMO part of that.
Love the simplicity and intrigue of the title too.
If writing ever becomes work I think I'm going to have to stop

Thanks John...One might get a little worried if a domestic terrorist inspires you to write.
Thank you

Michael, this one is very profound and way out of the box. Just goes to show you're not a one trick pony, but a very versatile song writer. I don't know if it will top the Billboard, maybe the Underground one. Ha!Ha! By the way I listened to your Jazz arrangement on your music page, looks like you had a lot of encouraging comments. Very nice arrangement. I love Jazz. Keep up the great writing!

Funny, Summer.... always considered myself "out of the box" as a whole. Thank you so much for looking and listening in.
Thank you, Douglas.....it's always good hearing from you heavy hitters. Thank you, sir.
Ditto, Travis....same to ya, brother. If I may add that as soon as I finished reading this "manifesto" for the second time, I wrote immediately after. I usually post after correcting obvious errors, but do a lot of "editing" after I post. But the writing to post took all of 45 minutes,...where I slow down and touch up considerably,....this is usually, and should be, ongoing. In other words, there wasn't a whole lotta "thought"...which I think understates the power of "inspiration" to unlock a few more doors. Thank ya brudda!
