I've never heard of him, but I found his website. After a quick look I might have missed it, but I couldn't find anything about his track record as a publisher. Is he offering you a deal?

I looked more at this site. If it was me, I'd run as fast as I could away from this guy. And ESPECIALLY from any "staff writer" offers. Anyone foolish enough to become a "staff writer" gives up any control of his songs for up to 6 years!!!
I hope no JPFers get mixed up with this kind of stuff.
Reminds me of why I wrote "16th Ave. South" a few years ago.
