In Suno you can "replace" sections. In your case, you would mark the last two lines of the chorus, modify the placement of the words and request a new version of that section. Suno will then give you alternatives and if you like one, it will replace the old one seamlessly. I've done that before. It is possible, but a bit time consuming. I won't do that here because this is not my song.
You could also let Suno create a cover version of this track using modified lyrics (with the new placements). That might be easier and in the process you can also redefine the instruments you want Suno to use. You could ask for a harmonica. You have tons of options.
