LOL....glad you did not fall for this scam. As soon as the $700 loan came up I knew this was perhaps not even a woman...but some shyster looking to dig into your pockets.
That $700 would surely have turned into more..... legal fees, a visa, etc etc until you saw the light
This particular scam comes in via an email blast or some social media (Facebook) friend request.
If writing ever becomes work I think I'm going to have to stop
