I Drown My Pain In Music Drown my sorrow in song I put on my favorites When everything goes wrong
I drown my grief in music I drown remorse in words I drown regret in melody In songs that we've all heard
Old songs New songs In between songs My own songs
I Drown My Pain In Music Drown misery in song I put on my favorites Then there's nothing wrong

Music was one of my favorite ways to drown pain too Jim,
Another was beer, one was dancin', and once upon a time I'd fly down the road bankin' corners like I was invincible.
Today I just give it away, in prayer.
