Welcome to JPF, and we haven't met before, and we don't know each other, so I'll just do a "stream of thought" critique......
Really nice song, .. mellow, just drifts along.
To me ? What you are saying is a great theme, but it all seems rushed.
Maybe you could take the song, and the imagery, and just slow it down a bit to where it came from..... what you are trying to project.
I get it, but it's crammed too fast.
Slow down...... and it will come up really nice.
