Can't remember the last name of the singer Erik. It's on the tip of my tongue. Driving me nutty. He's sung about a dozen of our songs. John

Merry Christmas, John:
Thanks ever so much for sharing this exquisite tribute to your parents... and to Christmases without the ones we love. Erik delivered a memorable vocal and your collaborator, Cal wrote some very meaningful words so well-woven into your melody. It is a fitting and memorable song, my friend.

Dave Thanks Dave! I'll continue to post this each Christmas. A joyful and melancholy day we can all relate to. Best, John

Tammy Thanks Tammy! Yeah, its Erik, but can't quite remember his last name. I think it may be Cartwright, though not the one from Foghat. BTW, I played a college fraternity party with the Erik from Foghat. I remember we had a battle of volume. I played a Hammond B3 and Erik on guitar. Man he played loud. I think I kept up with him volume-wise though. Too bad for the rest of the band. Though it really didn't matter. Everyone was bombed out of their skulls. Throwing bear and other devious deeds. Sorry for taking a U-turn on this thread. Just a flashback... John
