The only nit I have with it is th line "All I'm feeling is pain" which maybe doesn't go along with the way you are feeling in the rest of the lyric, or have I got this wrong?
You seem optimistic of this girls affections towards you and that she will return that feeling.
You're also thinking positvely; "I've been dreaming of sunshine
Whilst standing here in the rain"

that verse is an obscure reference to being on a date.standing in the rain(waiting for her) "hoping for pleasure" (anticipation)
"feeling is pain" (being stood up)so it's kind of cryptic in that respect. anyway I hope that helps.
