Sorry I haven't been responding to a lot of you... Not to be on a down note...It has been a difficult week... Two weeks ago my grandfather had a stroke and now it seems that I will be at a funeral this week-end in Chicago... The doctors say he can go at any moment.
He will be 94 next week...
At any rate, I will keep you guys posted...

Oh, man, Mikey. So sorry to hear this. I know how hard it is. I lost my father a little over a year ago and it's really, really tough.
Anyway, keep your chin up and our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Man, I'm sorry Mikey, I lost my Grandfather in 1979. He was the coolest man I ever knew, turned me on to Johnny Cash and Hank Williams (country music in general), always had good advice...I loved that man. You have my prayers brother. Anything I can do you let me know.

Whatever happens you know we're behind you and support you. Alot of of us have walked in those same shoes. The loss of a family member is never easy but can be comforted by the presence of and being around family. Im sure you will be a great comfort to your family, being the guy that you are. God Speed.

Man this is bummer news.. I believe these painful times are best soothed with the good hearts in lots of true friends.. The kinds of heart shared with the soulmates in common, none more true as found in the kindred spirit of fellow musicians' compassion.. You can bet you have tons of us here, my friend.. We all feel your pain.
