Hey, I'm new to these boards. Just wondering if anyone is familiar with the name and indie singer/songwriter/guitarist Kehri Spicel. She is from the Cleveland, OH area [supposedly very popular around there and all of Ohio too] and is set to release her debut album in late September/early October. She was supposed to preform on the 1999 Lilith Fair tour as well, but couldn't make it due to some health problems. The reason I ask is because I would like to find out more information about her and her music. I met her at a Jennifer Knapp concert about a month and a half ago, but I never got a lot of information about her regarding her music and management company. I know she is working to get her official website up so people can go to check her stuff out, but other than that, the only other detail I left out is that she has done some shows with Just Plain Folk in the past and has a gig lined up at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville sometime soon. So, if anybody here knows her/has seen her in concert/etc. it would be greatly appreciated if you could give me some kind of information to contact her management company, record company, etc. or even send links of interviews, online articles, CD reviews, etc. any kind of fan based information. I have a lot of people on another board [JenniferKnapp.net[ I check often that are dying to hear what she is like. Thanks in advance for any information you can give me. Word has it, she is the NEXT BIG THING to come outta chick rock!

Yes Kehri Rocks! Met her at the Hi-Fi Open Mic. What a performer! Hope she will be at our meeting Monday.
