Hi gang, Any one have an idea as to why my stand alone cd recorder seems to produce low volume cd's when i copy from a master cd i have recorded from a roland 24 track recorder? Is there any advice as to decebil settings manually on the recroder.What is a good number for manually setting decebals?Thanks gang S.Dee

If you're dubbing digitally from one to the other, there should be no change in the level. If not, then you must spend a bit of time setting levels. The Roland has SPDIF digital outs, just run these into the digital ins on your recorder.

CPT.Analog thank you for the info.Ya see my problem is when i bring the master from my cousins studio and pop it into my dual well cd recorder to make copies this is where i loose the volume when i copy form my machine ?? Thanks

I suggest a simple test. Take a commerical CD and Copy some of it and compare the sound level on playback. If the Commerical Cd plays back at normal levels it is not your CD burner.
