Nice one, hey you can still hit those high notes, I was impressed! You write about heartache often, but this one's happy, with a little trials thrown in--makes it real, as your songs always have a genuineness that's believable and relatable. Nice one!

Overall I like the feel of this. There doesn't seem to be any lines that show them being crazy together. Maybe that's something to look at?

I must have Springstein in my head tonight, because this is the second song I’ve listened to this evening and heard hints of Mr. Bruce. Like this stripped as it is, the raw guitar is magnetic. But would love to hear this with a little bit more on the production—not that I’m the guy to provide input on that—but a little more (not much more though) and this might go to another level. Enjoyed this.

Yes, I keep working and changing things in some of my older songs: for better or worse--I guess you could say: I'm looking for resolve. Steve Earl had a song years back called, "I Ain't Ever Satisfied"--To me, emotion is more important to deliver the idea of a song than the production. The pros can add all the bells and whistles, but without the emotion in a song, there isn't much to the story! You have taken some of my songs and made them better, than my bare bones original--For that, I thank you!

I really appreciate your thoughts on this song. Sometimes I have more production, but that usually happens on the COLAB songs--Half of my songs on the mp3 board are just ME and my TELE, and are raw and need more to be finished!
