Yea, chording position actually makes a lot of sense and is actually the way I was taught as a child.... But as I got older I just started chopping the backs out of acoustics to fit around my belly smile

I dunno Brian. In the context of popular music, it's kind of like having a "breathing coach" to teach you how to breath.
Classical is probably more relevant to this instruction.
