I saw that a few weeks ago, and it just kills me. It's about an hour away. I could probably do it if I sold my house, but with kids in high school, etc, I can't really afford the upheaval, but...man oh man...

Actually seems like quite a nice spot for under 200k. The workshop is a bit small but really nice with those double doors.

Studio looks like a great space.
