I brew a canadian lager, 5.7%, good stuff. It's from a kit also. I've been using Muntons. Makes about 6gal.. I bottle mine but keep loosing bottles.
The hardest part of the whole process is sterilizing everything. But I got that down to a routine. Lots of fun and the rewards are spectacular. (hic)
