Hi Gary,

I can’t comment on the content, I’ll leave that for others…but I have to say that I really liked that piano interlude there. It comes in later on…I guess it’s the bridge? It’d be nice to hear some of it sooner too somehow…maybe in the intro? Not sure…just wanted to let you know that was my thought as I listened. I enjoyed the melody too.

A difficult one to put to music but you did a good job, really
like the strings on this, the violin sounds great, vocals
are heavy on the left channel you might want to fix that,

I'm more of a writer than a musician and I am intruiged why you can't comment on the content
I'm not a religious person, I just find a lot of strength in that psalm verse. I was also inspired to write it after listening to The American recordings by Johnny Cash.....the emotion he puts across in some of those songs...just so powerful.

The music generally comes to me as Im writing. The problem I have is getting whats in my head into something I can listen to. Its a bit like sitting in a new car but not knowing how to drive . As for the recording, I'm only using what I have and I mix everything on audacity. Its a steep learning curve, but oh what a ride!!

I would bring the vocals around to the center a bit more.
Feels strange hearing you sing in only the left ear.

Oh, I just don’t usually critique religious or political things as there are so many layers there and I’m not all that religious or political for that matter! lol Nice work though!

It didn't have the traditional verse/chorus lines, though there were some lyrics I liked. I did enjoy the production, but I think this is meant for a religious audience. I sort of felt like "death" surrounded the song, and even though I know that particular bible passage celebrates life, that's not the way it came across to me. Still sweet, in its own way..

My production skills aren't even on page one yet, Im learning as I go with free stuff off the net. However, I have had some interest in this from a singer who works out of Nashville.....fingers crossed!!

I am a Christian and think this lyric is well written. Sounds or comes across as a Country Christian Song.
