Well, since Louis told me to do this... Yes, I sing along with Louis every chance I can, it is a fantastic experience, I highly suggest it!! Anyhow, this is a terribly bad recording with my little recorder that is taping Louis off of the computer with me singing along...I have NO WAY to adjust volume or anything, I just did it to show Louis that I cannot resist singing along and this is such a beautiful song that the words make me cry... http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_songInfo.cfm?bandID=1038504&songID=9794378

Nice to hear this Twinn classic again Tammy - your voice sounds really good with Louis - harmony on the chorus kicks it up a notch. Scott

Louis,
Nice song. Enjoyed it very much. Like the harmony with Tammy. Sounds like you two have been singing together for a long time. Good job!

Louis,
I really enjoyed the simplicity of your delivery. And the positive message is a breath of fresh air.
Very nicely done!

Scott and Rod, thanks, I appreciate that you listened and endured my bad recording quality.
As to the "OLD PRO"...hmmmm
I'd prefer a
"YOUTHFUL WANNABE who wants to sound "PRO"fessional"

I like this song, Louis. The melody is catchy, particularly on the season/reason couplet, and your vocal style conveys the emotional content.
I felt that you were perhaps struggling to hit the high notes in some places but no doubt that's something you will rectify as you re-acquaint yourself with the song.
Tammy's harmony vocals, in the other version she did, are very nice. Gave added feeling to this piece.

Hi Dottie thanks for listening. I meant to say "Young Pro" Thanks Joice Steve, yeah you might be right, I thought earlier maybe I need to lower the key a little, thanks Mackie, not a bad thought, I'll play with it, thanks

Thought I'd missed the boat on this one but glad I didn't. It's another great song from Lightning Louis. I think Steve is right about lowering the key, maybe by just a tone as I think it would make the song sound a bit warmer. But as it is I think it's cool and the vocals that Tammy added to the track in her post is fantastic.
Great work Louis/Tammy

Louis,
Good tune. Simple, clean and tuneful. The chorus is very strong, anthemic even.
If this song was performed by U2 and Bono sang out that chorus, it would be a huge hit.

Very nice song Louis.
I think it would be cool to have the recording start out in Lo-Fi (as the young pro did it) and then notch it up to Hi-Fi after the first chorus for the rest of the song.
Good job by Louis and Tammy!
