Crystal Door
One more time I light the fire On my way again Crystal fills me with desire Another dance with my old friend
And the world And the world Doesn’t seem to scare me anymore I’ve walked through that crystal door again The magic The magic I walked through that crystal door again
Looking into her powerful eyes Gliding on her precious wind Feeling as though I’m in control Colors begin to blend
Nothing stopping me anymore Higher and faster than before
And the world And the world Doesn’t seem to scare me anymore I’ve walked through that crystal door again The magic The magic I’ve walked through that crystal door again
Slowly I begin to descend The colors all stop shimmering And the dragons I have slain in the end Now appear to only be sleeping
And the love And the love Slowly fades away until Spinning like a wheel in my head The magic The magic Chews me up and spits me out half dead
I walked through that crystal door again

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say this is another meth song, but a much different tone. That last chorus line before the tag is a real game changer, very jarring. I like that come-down from the high.

Hi JD, GOOD WRITING, and this part is special. Slowly I begin to descend The colors all stop shimmering And the dragons I have slain in the end Now appear to only be sleeping Calvin http://www.soundclick.com/bands/0/calvinstewart

Kitty--yep; you guessed it. I wanted people to know that I understand both sides of this issue from experience, and not just from some judgemental point of view. Thank you for checking it out.
Calvinator--thank you for your comment. It's always special to me when you pop in; I revere your writing.

Hi JD, Very good lyric. I enjoyed the way you wrote it, not so that it slaps anyone in the face. Good job im my opinion
