Just fell upon fred hammond's music and i have to say, i'm definitely feelin it. he gives off good vibes with his mix of r&b and hiphop. i didnt even know this, but he's a gospel singer and looking into him a bit more, i found his newest album on walmart and couldnt wait to order it. http://bit.ly/FHpordr check it out and tell me im not the only one who knows him

Well THERE's a name I haven't heard in years, but yes as I recall he was fairly influential in Christian music about 10-15 years ago.

Thanks for the post Ron, sounds like Hammond is working as hard as ever! I don't listen to a lot of gospel but I certainly remember him.

Yup, big time. I remember him when he was with Commissioned. My brother's group did a few gigs with them back then. I like his stuff a lot, have a couple of his albums.

Fred Hammond is one of my favorite Gospel artists and he is one of the best out there. He is amazing and does quite well on the charts!
