Incredible writer, Kevin has written so many that I really like. Outstanding guitarist, great vocals, production is always first rate. An amazing talent. One of my favorites is "Movie in my Head" What is yours?

I'm kind of in and out of here these days...didn't have time to look up Kev's songs, but I love everything I've heard him do, so, to say I'm a fan is an understatement!

Kevin's been on a roll lately so it's a tough one. But I'd have to say, "Walkin' never bothered me": http://soundclick.com/share?songid=6017442Scott

ha, ha, ha -- did you run out of major league writers already and had to hit up the farm club?
Thanks for the consideration, though -- it is much appreciated. I am planning on working up 10-12 songs that I can do on acoustic guitar and I will try to include some of the ones listed here. If someone said, Kevin, play us a tune -- I couldn't do it right now.
I am not sure about learning Ole Stomping Ground, though. I am too used it it with Big Jim and the sax now.
Thanks again,
Kevin

LOL! Janice -- I was talking to Dan in post 1.
However, I like Poisoned Well -- I wonder how that would sound acoustic? I just looked at a tentative three set (10 songs per set) list that I made up in mid-March -- and Poisoned Well is in set #1 at #9. Must be a good one!

It occurs to me that I've been a terribly quiet fan, as I'm just a filthy rotten scoundrel when it comes to reviewing...but Kevin is one of my favorites to listen to. There are a lot of great songs, all with a lot of variety...Kevin's not chicken about dabbling in different genres. But the one that just won't get out of my head lately, the current favorite, would have to be "Helium". What an awesome, timeless song that one is...the essence of Kevin-y coolness.
Rock on, Mr. Emmrich!

YES! HELIUM! ON THE ROAD! These very different songs show just how diverse Kevin can be. I like when he takes chances and goes with the flow and although I slam him from time to time for posting "unfinished" songs it's just because I know they could be really good songs if he'd just finish his thought and smooth out the rough edges. But don't ever change, Kevin. You make awesome music just the way you are.
