WoW. This Post has over 216,000 views.

over 300 collaboration songs listed

----------- Quote: Brian Austin Whitney --------------------

This is a really nice post demonstrating the power of networking with others. Many of the examples only exist because of that cooperation. Even folks with limited skills in many aspects have found others who can fill in their needs in exchange for what it is you CAN do.

Keep it up folks! A real life example of win-win-winning!

-------------------- end quote -------------------------------

This is a post that gets bumped to the top now and then so that new members can listen to some of the past collaborations that have happened here on JPF, and so that fresh collaborations can be added, by those who want to.
-------------------

Hi Folks, I thought it would be interesting to see who has collaborated with whom and on what and to have a listen to the finished songs.

If you are a new visitor to JPF or an old hand I am sure that you will enjoy listening or re-acquainting yourself with some of the great collaborations that have happened here on JPF.

The variation of songs in different styles and sounds is bound to have something for everyone and if not, well then folks, find a collaborator and make it happen.

Maybe you yourself will bless us at some time with a finished collaboration.

If you feel a song was finished with the help of another JPF member, be it lyrics music or vocals, then please add it so that others in years to come can enjoy.

PLEASE no suggestions or critiques on individual songs but comments on the post or on the overall content are welcome and appreciated.

Please PM anyone you want to contact and hopefully this post will stay reasonably clutter free.

God Bless Roy

This post has been going a while, so some links to songs may not work, as songs have been relocated or removed.

But plenty here to enjoy..

There was a whole slew of collabs with JPFers with the same music I wrote, but they wrote the lyrics, and in many cases, sang too! They're found on the "Write Lyrics to a Melody" thread, and the "Rock Out With Kaufman!" thread. Lots and lots of names in there... smile

And finally, I got to record and play the music for a couple songs written by others, like Wendy Dumond's "Ruby" http://soundclick.com/share?songid=6538100 and Scott Campbell's "Champion" http://soundclick.com/share?songid=7458095

Whew!

Okay, let's do some more! laugh

There are a few songs I find I don’t have posted anywhere: “Born Again Barbie” (co-wrote with Scott Rose), “Broken Home” by TampaStan (which went on the Broken Record album for Beth), and “Our Own Little Stimulus Plan” by Betty Holt.

Most but not all of the folks are or were hangers-out at JPF. Gem Watson was a regular at Musesk, the writers’ Website started by the late Sharma Kay; Odd (Vindstad) I met on Songstuff, the British writers’ site; Don Paul Harris hung out at the Muse’s Muse; and Jerry Miller (dba zonemusicinc) at Soundclick Seniors.

And if I forgot anybody, I apologize. Y’know, this has been—and continues to be—a really fun ride. Thanks to all of you.

I haven't done nearly enough with JPF'ers!!!! I have noticed that I only have one per person -- what does that say (ha, ha).

Janice Hopkins: Poisoned Well

Glynda: Countrified Man

Brenda McBryde: Walking Never Bothered Me

Paul Wentworth: Won and Lost

Geneva Keith: She Drinks

Letha Allen: Finally Home

Scott Campbell: Champion

Sam Wilson: Veterans of Domestic Wars

I have tons of songs where I put lyrics to music from Rob Leach, Clay and others from Fenderforum.com and LesPaulforum.com. Of course, this list doesn't include the guest vocalists I've had on my songs or the few covers that have occurred.

I've got songs working now with Beth, Stan, Greg, John, Caroline,& Janice...i have lost a few co-writes along the way because I can get bogged down and take too long to finish things...juggling 2 jobs, a family, a band, and trying to do worktapes sometimes I let more fall through the cracks than I should...

Thanks for the question, answering it was kinda fun...

to anyone so inspired...obviously I co-write smile

Hi Roy, interesting thread. Makes one take inventory. Here goes:

Kaley Willow "Gethsemane"
http://soundclick.com/share?songid=6113579

Letha Allen "Too Long Gone"
http://soundclick.com/share?songid=7008095

Idamarie Naelitz "You Better Love My Mama & My Dog"
http://soundclick.com/share?songid=7471801

Joe Wrabek "Wildflowers"
http://soundclick.com/share?songid=8638779

Mark Kaufman "Hoping That You'll Call"
*this was a spontaneous collaboration that came as a result of a challenge to write lyrics to an already written melody that took place through the challenge board.
http://soundclick.com/share?songid=7582040

Ed Thomas "I'm Broke"
can't find link as this was done as a collective JPF project as a gift for Beth Williams and is on a CD at present.

Think that's it at present w/hopefully many more to come God willing. I've also had the pleasure of using the talent of different JPF members for their producer/vocal abilities.

Best,
Lynn smile

As it stands now, Justice's new cd (now in progress), will have three songs that were co-written with JPF'ers:

Believe to See - John Schick (and Cal DiFalco)

Daddy Please Don't Go - Kaley Willow

She's Just a Girl - Mike Dunbar

I have collaborated with a number of people in JPF, plus some who are not. Mostly my music with the collaborator's lyrics with some crossover in both directions. Not all of the songs are posted but here are some examples......

with Caroline Holder
Between A Hard Place and You

with April Johns
Standin' In The Rain

with KimberlyinNC
Dreading Sundown

Not exactly collaborations, but I have recorded a version of Scott Campbell's great song Champion which I like,
Champion

and I have added tracks to songs by Kevin Emmrich and Scott Campbell.

I have also worked a bit with OskaSeason, Tom Shea, Naomi Sue, Letha Allen, Bruce Kula, J Kolb and Barney Bowden.

It is fun to collaborate and get to know all these people. Wish I had met more in person! Hope I haven't omitted anyone.

I have worked with a few people here. My hope and ambition is that I can actually get to meet these folk in person...maybe one day it will happen.

I will not make a list as my memory is not great and I do not want to miss anybody out. I just hope they do not forget me on THEIR list...LOL

Reading through the lists brings back memories...there are some great songs there......I wonder if a compilation of the best of the best...would be a worthwhile project and a good fund raiser.
A double album maybe?

Well, go to my www.soundclick.com/pollyhager and everything on there, other than "If You Could" is a collab with a JPF member:

"Wildflowers" was written by Lynn Orloff and musicated by Joe Wrabek. My vox.

"I Want a Man For Christmas" written and musicated by Joe Wrabek. My vox.

"Gimme Some Rockin'" musicated by Mark Kaufman, lyric and vox by me.

"Rotten Candy" written and musicated by Joe Wrabek, my vox.

More are in the works...not co-writes, just like I don't consider the above co-writes, but demo work, which is still to me, a collab, only I don't claim any rights to the song, just got to sing on it. smile

Thanks Polly for your contribution.

If you hadn't been here at JPF some of these songs may not have been finished or seen the light of day and that in my mind is collaboration regardless of ownership.

Now those who read this posting can click on your button and listen and say WOW that's a part of what JPF is about, as I will surely be doing myself.

Thanks and God Bless Roy

Hi Roy, hopefully soon I'll be able to put your name as well as I'm working on the music ( I have now half of it pretty ready, I'm so slow sometimes, so sorry)

I hope if I forger any of my collabs here my collaborators will add them and not find it upsetting that I forgot to mention someone, it's not intentional. I love collaborating with other songwriters. Collaborations I remember in no particular order:

"Kindness I Mainly Recall" (lyrics by Donna Devine, vocals by Gemma Louise Edwards and cello by Billy Playle
http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_songInfo.cfm?bandID=936270&songID=7771934

"All These Things I Wish For You" (lyrics by Tricia Baker, vocals by Gemma Louise Edwards)
http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_songInfo.cfm?bandID=936270&songID=7864206
We have a new version of this song thanks to amazing magic recording with added strings and Billy's vocals on
http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_songInfo.cfm?bandID=936270&songID=8782861

"Nadia's Lullaby" (Eventide). Lyrics/Vocals by Sheila Kaufman
http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_songInfo.cfm?bandID=936270&songID=8547758

"Where" lyrics by Douglas Murphy, vocals by Gemma Louise Edwards
http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_songInfo.cfm?bandID=936270&songID=7500844

"Sister" lyrics by Michelle Chapman, vocals by Gemma Louise Edwards
http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_songInfo.cfm?bandID=936270&songID=7839244

Doug also recorded background vocals of chorus of "You Are The One":
http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_songInfo.cfm?bandID=589298&songID=8732857

Some collabs are in a process at the moment smile

There are other collabs with Songramp members and I'm not sure whether they are JNPF members as well or not; sorry if I haven't posted them here and they are I hope they'll edit my list and not get upset with me.

---------------- update ------------------------------------
It's amazing when you see how busy some collaborators are.

So often I have only read lyrics from a writer and to hear the end song is a real joy. I have to say WOW.

I hope others will add to the topic.

Sure it takes a bit of time to do, but totally worth it IMO hehe.

Thanks Roy

This is a really nice post demonstrating the power of networking with others. Many of the examples only exist because of that cooperation. Even folks with limited skills in many aspects have found others who can fill in their needs in exchange for what it is you CAN do.

Keep it up folks! A real life example of win-win-winning!

Fine, Fascinatin' Thread ya started, Brother Roy!

I'm kinda like Big Jimmy here...afraid I'll forget Someone Special/Not Meaning-to/but I'm famous for Forgetting Things!

Joe Wrabek's just listed a LOT that I'd already forgotten co-ing ON..(Thanks for The Memories-Again, BroJoe!!!)

Two of the prolly Most-Successful (at their Stage of The Game) are
"Yeah, God's Like That" co-ed by IdaMarie Naelitz..still on-hold with the Oaks...years-later...and "It's OK to Cry" co-ed with Tampa JPF's Andy Karpinski..hearable at ilike.com/sung by Jami Asselin & supposedly ON her forthcoming Nashcity-Distributed CD..(which I penned AT JPF's Second-Ever Awards Show.)

CanadaBro Doug Murphy co-ed on a fine Pub Song (Title Now-Forgotten) that made it to "Midnight Bob" Gustavson's "Shoebox" Movie Script, now nearing-completion. "A Little Less Time (& a Lot More Beer)" I think may have been The Title...& Doug's Musicatin' another of Mah Babies as we speak..(Thanks Bro!)

"I'd forgotten Moker'd co-ed on that Blues Number (I'm Honored!) & hope his newest 3-Way with me & Mz Beth is a Big Hit for us all when-finished! (Thanks, Amigo!) "Feminine Feedback"s the title.

I'm awaiting word that Mike Dunbar's co-ing on "Still Comin' Back from The War"...

Thrilled that Big Jimmy's co-ed on "Let's Play With DNA" and "The Natives Are Restless..Tonight"..(Hearable by scrollin' back at MP3 Feedback Board) & I'm a-workin' on a Third One for him as we speak...

Caroline Holder co-ed on one I still owe her $25 on Demoing (I haven't forgotten!) but I've forgotten the Title (Hate it when That Happens!)...{Hey, it was "YO BABY"!}

Little Stevie B(iederman) & I've co-ed on "An All-Natural Christmas" that's on my Christmas CD, "Granny Wants A Harley for Christmas" at CDBaby.com/TampaStan...& "Song For Joe" (MP3 Board a while-back)

Andy K(arpinski)'s also co-ed on a fine Punk Rock Number, "All The World is An Ash-Tray" ages-ago..that I think has Hit-Potential...(should any Anti-Smoking Punk Rockers be reading this post..heh!)

I've several DUETS with Kristi McKeever that still await Musicating, and am workin' on one with Brother Gus, too...that's nearin' completion.

I've probably got over a Thousand Lyrics posted at the Boards Here over the last Decade that STILL await Musical-Assists..so..heh...If You've Read THIS Far, consider a Co- or two, eh..if You're Musically-Inclined!

Best Wishes (& Advance Apologies to All I've NOT Intentionally-Neglected Here!) & Big Hugs,
Stan

Wee Update: THANKS Mike Dunbar for the CO-completed/Great Job, Amigo!(It's at Mike's Soundclick site.) DID manage to forget Chuck Crowe, West Coast Sessions Guitatist/Artist..I'd befriended at my very first JPF Awards Show. He's coed on "The HEAT" (held, but not cut, by Eric Clapton)..and "It's All Been Done Before (But Nobody Does It Better)" that's on his FINE CD, "Another Forevermore"..& hearable at his site. I've co-ed with Tink (Cindy Miller) (Title Forgotten, alas) who's also got some KILLER Songs on Chuck's CD..and Kaley Willow & I've co-ed on a few Kids' Songs ages-ago...Both Gals I miss a LOT here on Da Boards these days!

2 gals that HAVE done some Good Co's lately with are:
Mz "Jinx" Shaner..& Andy Kemp on Guitar.."A Maximum Murphy Day" (& Others) hearable at MP3 Feedback Forum..and DonnaMarylin Devine, w/ her German Guitarist, & I've got "Wear Black To The Party" in Gene Simmonds' Capable hands last month ago..who sent it up to his Management.

April Update: DUH..Somehow forgot "Let's Take The Time", Musicated by Mark Kaufman/Steve Soucey..& sung (To absolute Perfection) by Robert Pickens..it's at his Soundclick.com site. Robert later co-ed on "Leavin'"..also there (& also a THRILL to listen-to! What a set of PIPES!!!) I also neglected Heather Cowles & my "He Looks Like Heaven (When He Looks Like Hell)" that Michele Bolton's about to record. AND forgot to add I co-ed with 3 more JPF Lovelies..Bobbie Gallup, Cindy LaRosa and Amelia Rose, too..tho (Yeah) I've again forgotten the titles.

Good-Lookin' Women DO that to me...

Hi Roy,

What a fun idea for a thread -- and an even better way for me to get back on the board via some simple cutting and pasting!

Given that I'm strictly a lyricist, all of my completed songs are the result of collaborations. They are as follows:

Letha Allen
“Lover’s Trace”

As you can see, I've been very lucky to have worked with some of JPF's finest...and I hope to continue along this path soon.

Please note too, this list does not include lyrical collaborations currently in the can. Most notably, Stan and I are looking forward to MOKER's musication of our "Feminine Feedback", and I'm hoping Miss POLLY will be able to put her sassy feminine stylings on Moker's "lovely" version of "Snippety Snip".

So there you have it.....so far! Thanks for the exercise....

xoxo,
Beth

I haven’t been around much during the last week and probably won’t for the next three or four – the busy time of the year has hit. Am bummed to miss the music that I’ll miss…

But I did spot this and wanted to contribute so that I could acknowledge all the JPF members who have been so helpful to me.

I consider getting anyone involved in any aspect to be collaboration. I’ll break my list up by different categories.

Co-writes:

Youngstown Calling: Kevin Pearson wrote the lyric about the town we both grew up in. I put the music to it:

http://soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=10056635

Blue Ivory: John Daubert had a wonderful melody and music track and he graciously allowed me to add my lyric and vocal to it:

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=4830799

Wrong Turn on Easy Street:
Tom Breshers and I bounced this one back and forth and I believe we were both involved with the music. Certainly the lyric. We both play on it and Tom sings:

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=5771613

Fire Breathin’ Female: I put music to Wyman Lloyd’s lyric as part of a challenge.

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=7522354

Taking the Back Roads Home:
T-Bob put music to my lyric and performs it.

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=4390473

When Hearts are Broken: I had the lyric and melody for the verses. Louis added a lyric and melody for the chorus. We both play on it….

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=3730862

A Street Called Regret: This is almost entirely Louis’s work. I think I may have contributed one or two lines of lyric. We both play on it.

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=4032975

How Much Land? Clint Anglin helped me out with the lyric on this and we both play on it.

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=4904010

Ghost Town Sounds: I also have a co-write with Joice that is on her Soundclick page

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=8039078

Have added music to the lyrics of two other JPF members – but haven’t been posted.

Covers I have done of other member’s songs:

Too Little Time: John Daubert let me do a cover of his song:

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=7442731

Tragedy Knows:
A cover of Stan Loh’s song

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=8506918

Covers other members have done of my songs:

Opening Day: John Daubert and Mike Caro did the vocals and music to my baseball song.

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=2777074

Champion: Eleven different members (T-Bob, Colin, Joice, Calvin, Ricki, Wendy, Mark K, Big Jim, Herbie, niteshift, and Kevin E) each did a cover of this song as part of a challenge. What a great experience! Here is a link to a Soundclick station that has all of them

http://www.soundclick.com/members/default.cfm?member=scott59&content=station&id=731616

Still Making It Up As We Go: John Daubert did a wonderful piano-vocal version of this song I wrote for my wife.

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=5993146

Songs of mine others have added vocals to:

Idora: Wendy and Louis each sang a verse

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=8823069

Let the Bullgine Run: This is a PD song that Steve B, Calvin, Louis, Colin and Mike Z sang the male chorus to:

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=7617000

Swannanoa Tunnel: Another PD song that Letha added vocals to

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=7701115

Danziger Bridge: Louis sang a verse

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=6332623

I Want a Woman with Some Miles on Her: T-Bob sang it.

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=3669630

Songs of mine that people have played on

Over the Moon for You: Niteshift added a killer sax to this for me:

http://soundclick.com/share.cfm?id=10060128

Still Making It Up As We Go: Mike Caro did the entire backing track and added my vocal

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=5534047

Wanderlust: Mike Caro did almost the complete backing track for this song. My friend Hillary does the main vox and my mother in law plays the fiddle

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=2666010

Last House Still Standing: Tom Breshers played electric guitar.

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=3345849

Songs of others I’ve added stuff to

I don’t have the links to these but I’ve added harmonies to at least 20 songs that Louis wrote, sometimes adding harp and sometimes keys. Have done harmonies and harp on two or three for Ben, some harp on a few for Tom Breshers, some harmonies for Clint Anglin, some backing vox on one for Kevin E, and backing tracks for Linda Adams and Wendy. And some music parts on Calvin and Joice’s Big Boulder. May have forgotten some – if so, it’s because they are posted on member’s sites and not mine.

It’s been a blast smile

I cowrote a song a while ago with fellow JPF'er Jody Whitesides called "All The Things".

You can watch the music video here:

Thought I'd add a few classics, though I've done other collaborations with Broadjam and Muse's Muse members as well, so I'll only list "strict" JPF member collaborations here, though in some cases my co-writers later also joined JPF.

Most of these tracks are presented in my music licensing catalog, so please be sure to find them in the catalog listed in alphabetical order. Search tips are provided when the tracks don't appear on the first page. Thanks and enjoy!

1. Waterfall - Clint Anglin, guitar(s) and Tom Breshers, Bass guitar, Michael Borges, Violin.

2. Around Summertime - Gerry Cooper on piano, Michael Borges on violin.

3. Camlica Hill - Clay Gunn, master soundtrack, Michael Borges - violin parts.

4. Shir Hashirim - Latteta on flute, Sub Studio on special percussion, composition and arrangement by Michael Borges (Tip: Enter the title in search box at top of store and then hit "Enter" on your keyboard or click the search icon, then the Play button!)

5. The Best Christmas Gift - Patricia Baker/Michael Borges, BMI © 2004, Bree Noble on vocals. (Please find song on flash preview player, track # 62.)

6. No War - Vienna (she used to be active here!) Vienna/Brad Morehouse, Michael Borges on Violin, melody interpretation & recording. (Tip: Enter the title in search box at top of store and then hit "Enter" on your keyboard or click the search icon, then the Play button!)

Note: I may find some more to add, but will need to get permission from my co-writers because some recordings may have sensitive publishing or related public release issues.

There's nothing remarkable about it. All one has to do is hit the right keys at the right time and the instrument plays itself. -- Johann Sebastian Bach

Great thread...me? I've been missing...health and operations...recovering now...good time to get back out here...

Added some guitar parts to Clint Anglin, Bob Pickens, and Scott Campbell songs...but the most fun was the co-write with Bob Pickens, with Scott Campbell and Mike Cario.

"Wrong Side Of Monday"

Mike and Scott helped with lyrics. Me and Tbob on vocals, Scott on piano. Mike on drums, keys, other stuff and knobs. me on guitars...

Hi, everyone, I've not really collaborated with anyone before but after Joice did the backing vocals on Fred the Knucklehead I sent her the backing to a song that I knew was OK but that's all it was.

I asked her to write a new melody and write some new lyrics over the backing, and didn't she do well, the result being "From a lush garden" which she posted as Nature never Sleeps, a title that came from her original lyrics and my interpretation of. She changed my OK song into something quite special, I knew when I was mixing it that it was quite special, different, beautiful melody and superb singing. It may not be every-bodies cup of tea but it has an appeal beyond commercialisation, it has some real credibility. Joice has done herself very proud on this and made me proud of her, to the point where I see this as more her song than mine. What a privilege for me to have worked with her to achieve this end result.

This is one of the advantages of collaborations in that the sum of all parts may be greater than just the individuals concerned, Joice may not have been able to produce the backing track but neither was I good enough to produce the quality of vocal track/melody that the song portrays.

My advice to anybody who has work that they know is good but lacks something is to collaborate and find that person who can produce that something that makes it great rather than just good.

OH MY Richard -- I'm flattered by all you say here and It is truly MY pleasure to work with the quality music that you create. Thank you ! -- I'll add the link here !!!

http://soundclick.com/share?songid=9580610

AND ROY -- well I AVOID threads like these -- first because the the threads become so long -- there are so MANY good songs and Artists here

and secondly I'm not able to express well enough - what the MANY collaborations I have had here , mean or do , excetera !!!!!! and I have TOO many to list !!! Calvin has become my partner in song writing through jpf - if time permits I do collabs with others as with Richard's and it REALLY IS about making a good song better -- but I have several other co-writers ALL from JPF -- because through all of my internet experience I find the people here ON THE BOARDS are VerY devoted and real -- they don't just enter contest - they write and share here because they Know it works -- to help become a better song writer.

so TO MY OTHER CO- WRITERS (not singled out above)-- I LOVE what we share -- OUR SONGS are VERY important to me...... YoU KnoW WhO YOU ARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

THANKS FOR ALL THE GREAT SONGS !!!!!!!!!! - jm

PS RIchard - I'll EdIT the TiTle ! grin

I want to thank Greg Swartzentruber "ideaguy" for mentioning the songs we co-wrote. I also wrote one with Neil Cotton, and Cory Parkman. and I'm certainly forgetting some other co-writers...

but 'collaboration' is a bigger circle than co-writing. I did an accordion track For Greg another for Ronnie Hurst. What has really helped 'up' my game is hiring pros for those jobs that I know I'm not so good at.. Mike Caro has done some 'enhancements' for mp3s for me in the past, and just finished mastering- not his word- my first project. which included a few hired singers..

Here's a tune I've had off and on Jpfolks. With help from Kimberlyinnc and Wendy D. I think it finally came alive. Added a chorus, dropped some verse...basically just used the story and had a total rewrite with Kim. Hope you like it. THANK YOU LADIES!

Goodbye
V1
It seems I'm falling out of love,
As fast as I fell in,
I wake from disappointing dreams,
Lyin' next to him.
I know he's tried but I've changed,
And I don't understand,
How I could want to leave,
A good hardworking man.
PRE-CH
But I'm barely hangin' on to this life of lies,
And I'm barely holdin' back the word goodbye.
CH
Goodbye's the word that carries the most weight,
Sometimes the finish line gets blurred,
It's so damn hard to say.
While one gains their freedom,
The other wants to die,
Goodbye, goodbye, goodbye.
V2
I feel her stirring next to me,
In her Hendrix shirt,
She's the most beautiful,
Girl on God's green Earth.
But lately she's been acting strange,
No passion in her touch,
I want to bring her back,
But I am not enough.
PRE-CH (repeat)
CH (repeat)
OUTTRO
Yeah, we're barely hangin' on to our life of lies,
And she's barely holding back the word goodbye,
While she gains her freedom I just wanna die,
Goodbye, goodbye, goodbye.

I have music for all of my songs and they vary from rock to country to folk and everywhere in between. (except rap)

Since Last Posting, I've co-ed with Mark Kaufman/Steve Soucey on "Let's Take The Time"..sung by JPFer Robert Pickens..it's at Mark's Soundclick.com site.

"Maximum Murphy Day" was co-ed with Jennifer "Jinx" Shayner & Andy Kemp..It's Somewhere at the MP3 Board...& Me & Mz J've co-ed on Many Another..

As have Kristi McKeever & I...Last one's "Let's Get Together" which I think IS gonna get Musicated & Soon!

Big New One (Still kept a bit Under Wraps) is "Wear Black To The Party" co-written with Mz Donna Marylin Devine (& Her German Guitar Whiz whose Name, (Henry?) I've, of course, Dammit) Forgotten. We custom-wrote it to open doors with Gene Simmonds/KISS..did-so/It's now sitting at his Manager's: Doc McGhee Entertainment, Nashville.

Think I'd forgotten to include Aussi JPFer Michele Bolton..who co-wrote/Recorded "I'm Over It/I'm Over You" that's at her Soundclick Website..& is about to record "He Looks Like Heaven (When He Looks Like Hell)" that I co-ed with Heather Cowles a while back.

Was honored to be on JPFer Chuck Crowe's amazing CD, "Another Forevermore"..with "It's All Been Done Before (But Nobody's Done It Better)"..and our Other Co-, "The HEAT" is on one of my CDs at CDBaby.com/TampaStan..(& Also at Doc McGhee's "Hold" Pile.)

Thanks To Ya'Alls...(& My Apologies if I've..as-usual..forgotten someone Special to Me!)

Big Hugs,
Stan

PS: Mark Schuessler.."You Saved Me"..at his Soundclick Site. How could I forget THAT one..it's a Dandy!~

PPS: And "BluesRiff Brown" & I've done "BALL-BREAKER" too..which I'm gonna record Real SOON..just waitin' for a few more free minutes and bucks!

Final Update: Mike Dunbar DID record "Still Coming Back From The War..& it's hearable at his Soundclick Site/I plan on recording a 12-song 'Nam CD with him..again, Time & Loot-Permitting..in the next year or two. ('Nam's 50th-Anniversary is only 4 years away!)
