"Grits is one of those country-boy words that is both singular and plural-like deer, elk and sheep. I think the singular is appropriate when there's a modifier that makes it clear one is talking about something specific. Like, 'Grits are good for you, but these here grits is tasty.'"~~Joe Wrabek

It looks beautiful, Ms. Tricia. I love that tall faucet. I see some buttons on it. Does the end come off and turn into a sprayer?

The stove top looks cool too. I like how the grids cover the whole top of the stove. And I like the breakfast bar too.

Thanks! It's a magnet sprayer, Ms. Jean. Kohler. Wanted to get the best because I heard the other magnets break or quit working with the pulldowns. I love it because it's sleek. That breakfast bar is actually a dry bar area. I have cookbooks down below and some serving pieces in there.

I love the oven and cooktop, too. If I ever have a burglar, I can smack em with one of those grids. They weigh a ton. I could do some damage. LOL!

Your kitchen is almost identical to my mothers, the only difference is her cabinets are black with chrome hardware. It's very beautiful!

Thanks, NaomiSue! I was watching Colorsplash last night. He did the upper cabinets in lime green and the lower cabinets in burgundy lacquer. They already had counter tops that they weren't changing. Just the paint (two shades of gray, burgundy, lime on white), the furniture and cabinet faces. It turned out really pretty. I would never have put those colors together but it sure looked good on camera.
