I hope Brian will forgive me for double-posting this (here and on the General Message board). I am really sorry to post this one... I hate to be gone so often for so long then have to deliver this news... Our good friend Graham Henderson passed away on February 7. I received a letter from his wife Eve telling me that he enjoyed his last internet-free months immensely. He died suddenly after coming home from a roucous round of karaoke at the pub as was his typical Saturday night. She told me also that they played our song "Don't Cry" at his funeral which touched me deeply. I know he will be sorely missed. Especially by me... he was one of a kind. -Uncle Chuck

Aw heck Chuck, I was so glad to see you back until I saw your subject. Graham was a first rate guy. Brought tears to my eyes I missed him on the boards If he had to go , I'm sure he'd choose that way--Go full out to the end. Godspeed Cobber is a perfect sendoff Thanks for letting us know Unca Chuck Wy

Hi Chuck
Thanks for sharing this sad piece with us..... Glad that he got to have fun right to the end and did not suffer long. He has already been missed here. jm

Wow, that's terrible news! Graham was such a good guy. He always made me smile with his kind words and character-filled lyrics. A character, that describes him well. I haven't been around here much lately, but I definitely miss this guy. God speed.

I admit I am procrastinating on my reply letter to Eve also. I have decided that I would wait a few more days to do so. That way I can let some more people chime in here. Then I'll print this out and include it with my reply. So if you have words, stories, or anything else to include about your love for our dear Mr. Henderson... now would be the time... and this would be the place.

Graham was such a huge part of these boards for so long...He made them meaningful and rich with great advice, opinions everywhere, humor and amazing music...He always loved a good argument, a good story and and a good debate!!
I will always remember his wonderful spirit.

I'm so deeply saddened by this news. I worked with him on SongRamp for a long time and he was an integral part of our community there, as well. My thoughts and prayers go out to his wife Eve and his family as well as all those who loved him.
