Hello all, Recently people have been asking me for the lyrics to my songs. What's the best way to go about publishing my lyrics? I am an ASCAP member. Do they publish? It doesn't appear so. What companies/websites do JPFers use? What should I know before getting into publishing my lyrics? Stanley

NO Publisher would publish just lyrics, my friend,
What is your problem, ? Only complete songs or story's can be published.
Lyrics on there own have automatic copyright as soon as you put them on paper or in fact self publsh to a web site.
Lamorna
No one wants to steal lyrics, most here think they can write better any way, but you cant copyright a song idea.

Start a blog over at blogspot.com, you can have a special board just for your lyrics. Easy. So easy even a drummer can do it.

"If one man can do it, any man can do it. It is true. But the real question is, if one man did it, are you willing to do what it takes to do it as well?" –Brian Austin Whitney
