"Grits is one of those country-boy words that is both singular and plural-like deer, elk and sheep. I think the singular is appropriate when there's a modifier that makes it clear one is talking about something specific. Like, 'Grits are good for you, but these here grits is tasty.'"~~Joe Wrabek

These guys have worked so hard the past few days. I've been back and forth down there the past two days and I'm exhausted. Imagine how THEY feel! This entire festival is a benefit for children's musical instruments. ALL the money goes towards charity. How many organizations can say that? Not many, I can tell you-most have administrative charges before it reaches the charity. Thanks for commenting, folks. It's been amazing!
