The Phoenix chapter of Just Plain Folks ( www.jpfolks.com), will hold a monthly music showcase at the Big Fish Pub in Tempe. The showcase, hosted by Mary Lemanski, will feature both local and touring musicians performing original songs in all genres. Doors will open at 8 PM. Show will begin at 8:30 PM. From 8:30-10:30 PM will be an acoustic/unplugged showcase, and from 11:00 PM-1:00 AM, there will be a pop, rock, and hip-hop showcase. Cover is $3.00 for all ages. Musicians and music industry professionals are invited to come early and network. The Big Fish Pub is located at 1954 E. University Drive, just west of the 101 Loop.
