Once again, the Phoenix music scene is gearing up for an annual event that showcases the finest musical offerings the valley has to offer, and celebrating those that are the best of the best in all genres. The Arizona Infusion of Music Awards, in its third incarnation is responsible for gathering together the most diverse group of musicians, promoters, venues, and music-related industries for one night celebrating how much the valley has to offer. This year, the AIM Awards ( www.aimawards.com) will be taking place on September 18 at the Cajun House in Scottsdale. It will be a night of accommodation and celebration for those musicians, groups, and promoters who truly personify what it means to be a local music supporter.
