Took Ians' advice and picked throughout the whole song, and Bob's advice to add harmonies. Scott sang backup for me. 1st one on page "The Last Run" http://www.soundclick.com/bands/pagemusic.cfm?bandID=100639

Louis and Scott--I liked the song before. I really think you kicked up a "notch". Nice job. Enjoyed it. I think it wouldn't hurt to let Scott try a little harmonica in a few spots. Just my take. Also, Louis I have a version of the song I asked you about. I haven't recorded it yet. I'll get up with you through e-mail when I get it done. Appreciate you letting me fool with it. Again, nice job fellows on this one. Bob

It keeps getting better . Scott - nice job on the harmony part! I agree with Bob about a harmonica part; add some more train sounds with the harp. Good work, guys! ------------------ Clint http://www.soundclick.com/clintanglin

Locomotive Louie,
Cool little guitar lick...really like the vocals and harmony. I too would like to hear Scott harp on this one. Hey, it must be train week.

Unfortunately, I will not be seeing my mother-in-law (the fiddler) again until next Christmas. Don't know any mando players.... Scott

Hey Louis and Scott,
It has the flavor of an old Americana classic! You know the kind of tune that is passed down from generation to generation!
How’s that D tuning! A little different and deeeeeep!

Thanks Accel, It's actually "B" tuning, I tuned the whole guitar down to b.
