Hi everyone! This is an uptempo, country song with a hint of some great 50s/60s-sounding guitar licks in it...I have been working with a great lyricist, Bill Osofsky, lately, and this is one of our songs. Darby, Thanks for listening. I agree; we could have gone a "tad" faster with it. But to me, no biggie if someone wants to record this song...the tempo can just be sped up!
Barney! Glad to heard from you..I had a blast with this song. Bill is a very good lyricist... a little different style he has with the writing than my own, but I think we are doing a great job of working together so far. He has some great stuff! I haven't forgotten about your song...I am going to try and fit that in the next time I get into the studio, which might be this week. will let you know!

Shelia: This a good feeling song with a great groove. Wow you have a nice voice. If ever you want to work on something together, I would be honored. Like the way you handled the song and your phrasing was just right for my ears. If you find a song in my list that strikes your fancy or if you have a song you like , Maybe I could at least give it a shot. Until then I will keep on enjoying your stuff.

Hey, I think this is a pretty good start..but I do have a problem with it personally. It seems to me the singing pattern and melody are pretty much the same in the verse and chorus. I personally think you should maybe consider working on that.
