JPF artist Sharp Practise is looking to build on the success of its debut album Hiya with a new release on the Positive Records label scheduled for early 2004. With Anthony Kempster now their lead singer, producer Mark Daghorn is mixing the record ready for release in late January.
Mark will be mixing the album on the Focusrite console Phil Spector recorded Starsailor on, before that rather unfortunate shooting incident! The last person to use the console before it came out of Metropolis studio was Jeff Beck.
With ten sparkling new songs by Nigel Clothier, the new album, entitled Radiocity, is expected to take the band to new heights of artistic and commercial success.
