The January, 2004, issue of "Recording" magazine has a review of our song "Alien Concubine," which is on our "Babes Of An Alien Persuasion" CD. The review is under the "Readers' Tapes" column, which provides fairly indepth critiques of the recording quality of readers' songs. The review didn't like the sound of the kick and snare drums. Other than that, it was a pretty positive review. Personally, I felt the drums sounded a little mechanical, also. But I never thought that it may be due to the choice of the sounds chosen for the individual drums. Other opinions on this are very much welcome. The song can be heard in its entirety on the Soundclick link below. Thanks. ------------------ Stone Marmot www.stonemarmot.com Stone Marmot on Soundclick Alternative pop-rock music: Definitely rock, somewhat pop, but a bit more experimental.

Very cool, Sammy! I'll give it a listen.
