I think this is my favorite song I’ve heard from you, which is saying something, because you’ve posted some great stuff. This one is catchy, clever, and completely original. Mike does a terrific job on the arrangement . . . and kills the vocals. Really, really well done!
If I had one nit, it’s the ending, which seems to fade a bit too much, at least for me, given what’s gone before. But that’s a personal preference—others will love it, so take with a big grain of salt. Congrats to you both on a terrific song!

Would love to hear Less words in The Chorus , with emphasis
on NURSE YES perhaps repeating it on the same line
Stretching the Hook out NURSE (1b) YES '3b)------ X two
and that way it could be re written more musically
