Just licensed my track "Disturbing on Down" to a documentary titled "Brainwashed in America". Hmm... sounds like something I'd watch - ha, ha. Used the full track. Disturbing on Down: http://schicksville.com/Disturbing%20On%20Down.mp3John

Ahh good thing I re read your post, I was going to comment that I'm not sure what brainwashing sounds like...lol, but it is disturbing so it makes sense.
This is really cool, love that sort of atonal ? Is that the right term in that run around 1:00
Love that timpani did you do all of this ? Samples?

Brian Thanks Brian! Not a complete list, but a large amount of them listed on my website: https://johnlarenceschick.com/userBest, John We need to do a formal interview about what you are accomplishing. You have a career path like this guy on Youtube called featureman in the film industry. He's been in a zillion films and was a regular only once (on Dear John the tv series with Judd Hirsh). He knows everyone from the biggest stars to behind the scenes folks but he wasn't a star. He was industry/star adjacent and thrived for many decades. He's in his 90's now and he's a Youtube star. I would have really enjoyed your or his career path. Being adjacent to the movers and shakers and musicians/writers has been my thing, but I stopped making music to focus on JPF which I miss. It had to be one or the other and I don't regret the choice or life, but if I could have had your freedom an connection with my music on top it would have been perfect.

I'd have to go with the title "Crumb Boy". After all the cookies are eaten, I'm allowed to eat the crumbs. And I'm fine with the crumbs - though I'm still working towards a whole cookie. You've created a wonderful place for songwriters, composers, musicians, etc... An honorable task Brian! It encouraged me the first years I joined here - and still does. Best, John
