Here's a little Halloween tune for 2020 - the year when almost any visitor would be welcome! I had a lot of fun with this one and even made my first music video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aM-xgE7H6B8Make Me A ZombieMonsters are out tonight But I'm not even afraid 'Cuz something in my head it ain't right And I'm looking for some kind of change Make me a zombie Come on over and infect me 'Cuz I'm really kinda bored And I'm hoping you will find me and connect me The night is crawling through my window And the darkness creeps upon my sheets I'm so tired of all this living And I'm hoping you will give me some relief Make me a vampire Come on in and bite me slowly 'Cuz I'm dying for a change Even if it's something that's a bit unholy Tonight the moon is like a flashlight That is shining on my weary little life I'm walking in the woods I'm all alone now Hoping you will come and find me in the night Make me a werewolf Scratch my hand and bite my back now 'Cuz I'm howlin' like loon And it's time to set your angle of attack now Make me a vampire Come on in and bite me slowly 'Cuz I'm dying for a change Even if it's something that's a bit unholy Make me a zombie Come on over and infect me 'Cuz I'm really kinda bored And I'm hoping you will find me and connect me Make me a zombie...

I enjoyed the video, revisiting all the horrors of the old days, back when it was 'The' Vampire, 'The' Werewolf, when it was just one 'Night' of the Living Dead. That was before the vampires and werewolves had a gang, and none of them were anybody's 'boyfriend', and it became every frickin' day of the living dead. LOL
The vocalization of the Lyric doesn't come through on some words, Lines. I always suggest trying to eliminate some of the 'Connector' words, 'But', 'And', and 'Cuz' to see if you can make the Rhythm still work, and unclutter the Lines in the mouth of the singer. That nanosecond of 'breathing' room and 'enunciation' space can make a difference in the rushed words, enabling the singer to 'send' with a more optimal opportunity to assure the listener can 'receive' the words. A missed word can wreck a Line, and a missed Line can wreck a Stanza, wrecking the Song. The production is good. Bass seemed a little at odds in places. You get it done in 3:02. How long is that Introductory Movement? 10 seconds percussion, 12 sec. instrumentation. Organ adds interest at 1:25 or so. Introducing new sounds about every 20 seconds can renew listener interest. I hear some special effects there toward the end. Three listens. It's growing on me...like...like...a virus...making me a....Zombie! LOL Keep exploring. Good Halloween 'era' product.
There will always be another song to be written. Someone will write it. Why not you? www.garyeandrews.com

"Whether your next song is #1 on Billboard, or a critical failure by all measurable standards, go look in the mirror. You are the exact same person you were the day before your received the news. Never forget that." -Brian Austin Whitney
