Thought this might be a parody to the famed Mamas and Papas classic. Should forward this one to the Capitol Steps, who specialize in these type of satires. I wish I still had a couple I managed to come up with a few years back, such as Wasted Votes and Wasted Rights, a parody of a Freddy Fender classic.

Thank you John and Beechnut.
I did base it off the Mamas and Papas California Dreamin. Sort of a parody. Capitol Steps, thats good to keep in mind.
Thanks.
The fires have been bad, worse year ever. Both my cousins had to evacuate, one of them might still lose her house if the winds blow the wrong direction. 5 miles away, which is nothing if the wind kicks up.
The house i used to live in 3 years ago was on the edge of an evacuation area.
Luckily none of the fires are that close to Sacramento where i live now.. Smoke has been thick until a couple days ago. sunshine had a real orange tinge to it. a couple days it smelled really , smokey, but , most days the smoke was hign and you could almost think the sky was just cloudy, except for the orange tinge the sunshine had. I have coworkers that live in San Francisco, one day there the street lights stayed on all day the smoke clouds made it so dark.
