Thankfully, on very rare occasions a collab doesn't work out so what happens to the part you wrote? Not wanting to scrap my musical arrangement, I wrote a new lyric for this one. https://soundcloud.com/vic-arnold/eternal-triangleEternal Triangle ©2020 Vic Arnold V1 No one knew what this would bring, that love could be a fleeting thing Now there's shame and heads are bowed Two were lovers. Three's a crowd Chorus. In this Eternal Triangle, what was gambled seems is lost Ties that bound us now entangled Innocence has paid the cost V2 No blame cast. No harsh word spoke. One more dream gone up in smoke. Another way of life is through One heart torn between the two Chorus.

Hi Vic:
Enjoyed my listen. The message is powerful and the melody enforces it quite well. I didn't hear that "Johnny Cash" vocal from you this time... but when I address the "Mic"... I never know what I'll hear come croaking out of my ancient vocal chords... LOL! Nicely done, my friend.
Best of luck with it. ----Dave

Thanks Dave. Yes the vocal chords don't improve with age like fine wines.

Hi Vic This is very good, I liked the piano this worked well, Nice melody which I could well imagine a female doing a good job on it too. Two were lovers three's a crowd, is a good line as well. Good song John

Hi Vic Great song - gets better every listen. I like the piano (I would ) and the road-weary vocals emote nicely. No nits from me - well done! Paul

Thanks Travis. Yes, a female vocal would fit. I did try to fake it but too painful.

Hi Paul and thank you for giving an old guy a little happiness. I wish my songs sounded great at the first listen but I am thankful for anything. Vic

Thanks Tammy. Yes, I'll stick to the lower register I think.
