I think you should leave the word "do" out of the line "As much as I do want you." I'm not sure that "Let's make it soft together" works very well. Leaving aside the fact that the presence of a cute and sexy female singer requesting permission to love you would be liable to have the opposite effect, I think I get what you're trying to say, but idiomatically it seems a little strange. It should be easy to find an alternative. I think that chill is usually used in the plural in the way you use it in the bridge: "I get the chills..." or just "I get chills..."
