Dumpster Of Broken Hearts
(C) 2019 Geneva Griffin
V1 She had me in her hands, ever since 3rd grade She walked me with her tomboy pitchin arm I got my 2nd hard knock, standing off 1st base Her daddy was ump and she won both our hearts
CH Dumpster of broken hearts Let me dive in and dig deep Wash my hands of her little ways Pick and choose sweet memories Toss away these heavy woes Heave my hurt over the top There'll be not much left carry When I bury all this hurt In the dumpster of broken hearts
V2 I loved that girl, on the day I made her mine She still played for wins at childish games I thought in time, she'da learned that ain't right Our loosing kinda love lead to heartbreak
CH Dumpster of broken hearts Let me dive in and dig deep Wash my hands of her little ways Pick and choose sweet memories Toss away these heavy woes Heave my hurt over the top There'll be not much left to carry When I bury all this hurt In the dumpster of broken hearts
BRIDGE She cried on my porch when we both were ten Her old tom cat crossed the road and it got hit I know I'll never hear her sob like that again But if I'm wrong, I'll never get things sorted out
CH Dumpster of broken hearts Let me dive in and dig deep Wash my hands of her little ways Pick and choose sweet memories Toss away these heavy woes Heave my hurt over the top There'll be not much left to carry When I bury all this hurt In the dumpster of broken hearts

These 2 lines seem to contradict each other Maybe switch them
She shook me up, threw my heart away Then she held it in the palm of her hands
She hugged and kissed me, but I was had Used her old rag doll exactly the same She held me in the palm of her hands Shook me up... threw my heart away
