Eleanore Rigby cover (instrumental-small orchestra on keys). https://www.soundclick.com/html5/v4/player.cfm?songID=13670533Thanks for any listens. Just hope you enjoy it in some way. A New, better sonic Mix Of The fuller Orchestrated "Stage Door Johnny" follows. Just so you know to stop the player, or let it continue. Thank you! John

Thanks Calvin, Mike and Martin! Started with a "great" and known song by Sir Paul, of course.

Very nice. Sounds like a movie score about the Beatles. And yes, we do always have to create something

Iggy, did you hear the latest Stage Door Johnny? Would love to have your thoughts on any specifics. Same for JL Schick.
Thank you!

Johnny,
One of my fav Beatle songs. You've created your own music version without destroying a masterpiece--well done.

Heard it. Nothing I can add that others haven't already. It's simply amazing how you can orchestrate so many instruments.

Thank you again, Iggy. It's all just from long ago starting to record one instrument, then two, etc. The blue collar way, through the decades. Baby Steps to Adult ones over 50 years! haha! Having Unipolar Mania helped and helps greatly too! (intense episodes, with an out of body experience of sorts when creating). Explains why I can track new parts in one take, or play a Buddy Rich solo segment form just hearing it once on my cell. (Having to run upstairs and play it "somehow". A RUSH of the strongest kind. Weird, how a brain can work! YOU know that too, I bet.

Sounds good. Kind of sounds like somebody doing a jazz version. Imagine a samba background lol
I enjoyed, always treading on thin ice when redoing one of the greatest pop songs of all time!

Thank you, Demetrio. I felt I could incorporate some of my long time playing of a mix of jazz and blues piano, and not have it be corny. Yeah, the trick for covering such songs is not to be corny, (for one), and not to try to be Sir Paul with everything, for I know myself, I'd rather hear Paul do Paul than anyone else. I was smart to NOT have me sing anything but a lot of tracks of just three times in total of "Ahhhh, look at all the lonely people", and have sort of soft.
This cover was during one of my explained Unipolar Manic episodes, where I will be in some cool but mysterious hyper zone, and not need to try any parts out, or think about what next, nor to rehearse anything. A rare, but good side affect of my brain condition, (for which I read today in Scientific American). I'm fortunate to have a condition that HELPS tracking parts! haha, Better than being stuck in the mud with over thinking things when recording. I leave those times to when trying to sleep. Haha!
Thank you again. It was a spur of the moment thing. Hope that happens again for any great song. I am not a machine! hahaha But, I can get into that manic state when I hit record. Some times better than others, like everyone else.

John, your more knowledgeable than I evaluation means a lot to me, for I know even better "now", to leave it alone. I did all the tracks at time of recording in one take for each instrument, as I was in one of those Creative Unipolar Mania times most of us creative types know about, or at least experience such a very COOL time when doing Improve recording. I then struggle to mix and master tracks, etc. (Easy to NOT being easy). Just having to wear all the hats, ya know. Thank you for your pro review! Wishing continues success for you!
