Sammy’s Moving On (Neil Cotton)
On his latest slip he broke his left hip 2 pins in and he’s on the mend This is on top of the iceberg tip Of many accidents
You know the kid who’s always bruised but happy Well this is the story of my old grand pa Sammy
Sammy’s moving on Can’t be stopped for long Each faux step’s a hic-cup Sammy’s moving on
He tried signing up for the second war Doc said you don’t pass so sorry Those bite mark scars on your tongue Show epilepsy history
You know the kid who runs his tongue hangin’out Undaunted by blood dripping from his mouth
Sammy's moving on Can’t be stopped for long Each faux step’s a hic-cup Sammy’s moving on
Bangs his head blood clots on the brain Back to normal when the swellings drained
Sammy's moving on Can’t be stopped for long Each faux step’s a hic-cup Sammy’s moving on

"If one man can do it, any man can do it. It is true. But the real question is, if one man did it, are you willing to do what it takes to do it as well?" –Brian Austin Whitney
