Any Fans?

Small time group but they keep winning The Coolest Song in The World mention from Little Steven on his Underground Garage radio show.

I dont know if they have that one song to bust out, but they certainly are cool....

Help keeping rock alive.... I dig it, I like hearing guitars again....

Hmmm... I never heard of a JellyBrick! Is it something for breakfast? Maybe it's a new kind of coffin? If so, send me one! LOL! I'm dying because of all this incessant spamming going on. Okay, later today, I'll do my best to remember to come back and listen. If they don't sound so good, do I get my money back? Just kidding FD. Thanks for sharing.

I came back, I saw, I listened. Is that all there is? Where is the music a listener could sit back and enjoy without watching a bunch of actors... and not very good ones? Sorry, it did not "move me" but I wish them well.

It's called a video Dave... Music Video= A music video is a short film that integrates a song with imagery, and is produced for promotional or artistic purposes. ... There are also cases where songs are used in tie-in marketing campaigns that allow them to become more than just a song.

You wouldn't want me to steal the artists copyright and put the track up on soundclick now would you?

I recall you saying you never liked The Beatles, so I suppose these guys never stood a chance with you.

It's for rock n rollers Dave......

What else you got Dave? LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

HI FD:

Not wanting to ruffle your feathers... it is a personal preference thing. I do understand the term video (having invented it a few years back)... and, while we are "at it" my friend, you never heard me say I did not like the Beatles. I did not appreciate them during the early years... but learned what talent they really possessed as I matured. Doesn't mean I worship at their shrine... but I also appreciate Rock and Roll... it came from the South and was originally called Rhythm and Blues. Sorry if I put you into orbit... not my purpose. Fords and Chevies... free choice... that's what it's all about. Would you deny me an opinion? If so, don't post!

I got nothing else, FD... peace. Out!

Sounded like you were trying to set me off. It aint like they are my favorite band or anything. I think they are good, and preferable to what we hear on the radio today which is what underground radio is all about. I thought it interesting they are consistently named "coolest song in the world" because there are some tremendous new rock bands who are also worthy. People who think rock is dead should listen to The Underground Garage..."whether its 50 years old or 50 minutes years old, long as its cool, we'll play it"

People who like old school country shouldnt bother even reading this LOL. It's a garage rock radio station.

LOL! FD:

Perhaps we should rename you, "Last Word Demetrio!" I like old school Country, Classical, Bossa Nova, Rock, Jazz, Americana and just about everything in between. Rap is not on my list. Underground stuff is okay... but somewhat amateurish from my obviously snobbish perspective! But what do I know?

Have a great afternoon.

That's a pretty astute observation, because garage rock IS Amateurish, that's the very defintion of it. That's where it gets its name. Bunch of kids meet in school, and where do they practice? In a garage. Amateur gear, amateur musicianship, amateur writing.

But make no mistake, talent still matters, musicianship still matters and writing still matters. It's just a smaller circle of art. And there are great musicians who play garage rock because they like the spirit of it
